Role Purpose:
The senior consultant will be working for an International consulting firm focusing on quantifiable productivity improvements across all aspects of creating value for corporate organisations.

Goal:
To identify and diagnose problems within an organisation from human capital, systems, and processes, create awareness, select a plan, action and implement.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified business administration degree or equivalent
5 years experience relevant as per tasks indicated or matching consulting backgrounds
Communicative, confident, to have the capability to guide clients along successful implementation
Applicants should master at least two of the following competences:
(1) Production and operations
(2) supply chain and logistics
(3) sales (4) procurement
(5) and operative controlling
Very results orientated
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Flexibility to travel locally in Ukraine and abroad
Team spirit
Fluent English business language and fluent Russian is a must
Candidates from Consulting industry background, or from reputable organisation responsible for improvement of all business efficiencies will be considered as advantages
Responsible for consulting on all aspects of improving business
