Head of Treasury

Main responsibilities

Negotiate with banks, attract loans and guarantees, optimize credit policy, prepare and check credit and securering documentation
Manage company loan portfolio, plan and control repayment schedule
Interact with international creditors on loans management and attracting loans
Participate in various projects (development and implementation of ERP system, private placement)
Control current and long-term liquidity
Manage working capital, develop partnership policies
Develop and implement effective mechanisms of working capital management
Supervise Treasury Department employees: set and control execution of tasks, determine training needs
Main requirements

University degree in Economics, Finance
3+years of experience with Treasury department of a big company or with a corporate department of a bank
Experience of attracting finance from international financial institutions
Fluent English
Flexibile and open to innovations and professional challenges
Team worker
Result-oriented
Excellent management and negotiations skills
